Without hundreds of thousands of dollars, we level the playing field by flooding Legislators with support for the bill.  Legislators represent the people and will always vote for what their constituents want, particularly when it is for a bill that HARMS NO ONE.  This bill is spectacularly written and protects EVERY Iowan's existing right's and privileges.
